"Oldtime Friend,.. Vince..."

Vince Corpuz (wearing checkered shirt) is my oldtime friend..and he's the best among my friends. He didn't change,,he still wears his jolly face as I see it here..We have a lot of similar interests. We shared a lot of ups and down in those old days.He happened to work in the middle east since early 90's until now in an oil drilling company in Dammam, KSA ,OFFSAT LLC..I just can't imagine how can my friend manage to live and work for such a long time in a place like this..In an oil field in the middle of the desert..Just like me and all the fellow filipinos in life's journey..the only choice is to survive..

This was the portable shelter that was transported to the oil drilling area in the middle of the desert.Imagine yourself living here for many years..

'China High Time"

This amazing symbol of mighty China, proudly flies on its high time..And I am proud that I am a witness on China's high time since I lived here for more than a decade now..Even these difficult times of the rest of the world, China continued its political and economic stability.

"Bicycle..."

I woke up too early to catch the 7 am train from Hamburg to Frankfurt..just near the Hotel entrance, when I about to leave the key of my room, I spotted this bicycle..it's a reminiscent of a person on a rest after a long day toil waiting for the next day's assignment..

Happy Birthday, Schell...

Schell..before anyhing, let me greet you A HAPPY BIRTHDAY..Working and living with in a total foreign land and strangers is really difficult..so make sure that He is with you always..Me, your mom and brothers can only pray and wish your safety and happiness..take good care and always keep a prayer in your heart..As I always thought..The more strangers I am dealing with is the more tighter I have to cling on Him..

Is College Degree enough?

Study hard, complete a degree in college, find a stable high paying job and make it your career..This is a good formula to have a bright future...in the past decades...But these times,.whatever degree you acquired is not enough to have a job..most of the graduates ended jobless.

Michelangelo, my eldest son manage to have a job outside the country, ... He is now a Graphic Artist and Product Designer of TL toys HK Ltd. having the same path as most of the Filipinos had..So the formula for bright future now is ..have faith, be enduring and defiant and leave everything to Him..
